Which Companies Require COVID-19 Vaccines in 2022?
- Many companies hope to cut risk of COVID-19 infection in the office with vaccine mandates.
- Others don’t require their employees to get the shot for legal reasons or company policy.
- This is the latest list of companies that require or don’t require COVID-19 vaccinations.
It seems to be a toss-up these days: either your employer requires you to have the COVID-19 vaccine or they don’t.
While vaccines make it safer to gather in person, the risk of COVID-19 isn’t completely gone. This continued risk has led to a hot-button issue of vaccine mandates in the workplace.
Many companies require some or all employees to get the shot, so it’s less likely for co-workers to infect each other when they’re in the office. Most of these companies also allow workers to apply for certain medical or religious exemptions if they have a reason to be unvaccinated.
Other companies, such as Adidas and Starbucks, don’t require vaccinations for legal reasons at local, state, and federal levels but still encourage employees to get the jab. But some business owners also oppose vaccine mandates in general and don’t require them as a company policy.
It’s easy to get lost trying to keep track of which companies have vaccine mandates and which don’t, so we did it for you.
Here is the latest list of companies that do or don’t require COVID-19 vaccinations.
