I am a junior at Valdosta State University, majoring in biology on a premed track. I also study Spanish and enjoy volunteering, especially in the Latino/a community. I am the president of the Latin American Students Association on campus.

I was born in Americus, Georgia. Shortly after I was born, my parents moved to Michoacan, Mexico, where I was raised.
