Elisabet Raquel García is a global education DEI specialist and content creator. A former first-generation, low-income student, she has since worked with the U.S. Department of State and the Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations to further their international exchange programs. Her work has been featured by UC Santa Cruz Global Learning, Terra Dotta, Go Overseas, NAFSA, and Diversity Abroad.
Elizabet founded her company, Access Equitable Education, to help equip the fields of higher education and international education to better serve historically underserved students.
These days, you can find Elisabet working on international education programs, presenting and speaking on international panels, and writing remotely in the great company of her cats from her home in East Los Angeles.
